Bidders are required to register in order to bid at the auction. There is no fee to register. Bidders must provide a current photo ID and valid phone number to register. Information collected is subject to Ace Auction Company’s Privacy Policy.
No one under 16 is admitted to the auction site. Bidders must be 18 in order to bid and each registered bidder must agree to the terms of the sale.
All items must be removed from the unit and the unit must be swept clean. Access to the property may be restricted to a specific time period and on specific days.
Sales tax will be collected unless Bidder is buying for resale and provides a valid resale number and resale certificate.
Payment: All purchases must be paid for immediately after the auction. The Auctioneer and Seller reserve the right to establish and restrict the accepted methods of payment.
An additional cash cleaning deposit may be required at checkout. Failure to observe auction terms and conditions, and/or failure to remove all purchases in a timely manner will result in a forfeiture of the cash deposit.
Failure to observe these terms may result in Bidder suspension or expulsion from Ace Auction Company auctions. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse business from anyone.
Bidders may view items from the opening of the doorway only. You may not touch any of the items nor step inside the door. What you see from the door is what you will be bidding on.
The Auctioneer and Seller make no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as to the genuineness, authenticity, or condition of any item in the auction or the accuracy of information contained herein or announced by the Auctioneer.
Bidders should rely solely on their own inspection and bid accordingly. Bidders may inspect units in accordance with Auctioneer’s instructions and Auctioneer reserves the right to establish the inspection time and rules. Bidders are not permitted to enter, open, or touch units or unit contents.
Everything is sold AS IS‐WHERE IS and without recourse. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Any statement made by the Auctioneer or Seller regarding the items should be used as a guide only. Any error in description does not relieve the Bidder of their responsibilities.
Removal: Purchases must be removed on auction day unless other arrangements are made with the management.
Bidders assume all responsibility for removal, transportation and handling of their purchases. Merchandise which is not removed within the specified removal periods shall be deemed abandoned. Bidders accept full responsibility for all costs incurred for removal.
In the event of a tie bid, Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding between the Bidders in question.
Auctioneer reserves the right to choose the increment of the bidding and reject any bids if he feels it is in the best interest of the Seller.
Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed and/or add additional items to the sale.
Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property releasing Auctioneer and Seller of any and all liability.
Once an item is sold, the Bidder assumes all responsibility for it and the Auctioneer will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Personal items are to be left with the Seller in accordance with Seller instructions. Personal items include, but are not limited to: photographs, photograph albums, birth certificates, death certificates, diplomas, tax records, anything with a Social Security Number, and other items of that general nature.
Items within units that are illegal to sell or contraband items are the responsibility of the Bidder to dispose of within the limits of the law and in accordance with Seller instructions. Such items may include mattresses, bedding, medical supplies and equipment, taxidermied animals, illegal weapons or substances, and other property subject to government regulations.
Bidders may NOT use the onsite dumpster.

Announcements made on auction day take precedence over previously distributed information.
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale and understand that a bid is a contractual obligation and cannot be retracted after the auctioneer has declared the item sold.
